The moment you enter our cozy, fully renovated apartment on the fourth floor of our 6th floor building named after the Hill of Pnyx, you feel the special vibe that derive from the principles that were legislated in ancient Greece and formed the communities worldwide, ever since.

Demokratía apartment offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, a cozy living room with a three-seat cushioned sofa and a dining table for four people so drink your wine or dine at the comfort of our apartment while you are reminded that you are in the birthplace of “Democracy” or commonly referred as “the Rule of the Majority”. There are two bedrooms, one with a double comfortable bed and the other with a bunk bed, with brand new quality mattresses and spacious wardrobes to provide enough storage for your luggage in both rooms. There is also a bathroom with a cabin shower and a smaller WC equipped with a washing machine.

The whole building stands out in Koukaki district because of its deep red colour and the apartment is filled with light that highlights the great outdoor space of a laid back Athenian neighbourhood. Its large balcony is ideal to relax and make a daily plan before a tour to the sights of interest surrounding the centre of Athens or before a visit to the Athenian Riviera and the southern part of Athens.
